Triptoos promotes a friendly, safe, and respectful environment for all group travelers, especially families and solo female participants. Any misbehavior, harassment, or unlawful conduct during the bus ride or at the destination will result in immediate de-boarding without any refund.
While we strive to adhere strictly to the planned itinerary, timings and routes may vary due to weather conditions, traffic congestion, or local authority regulations. The trip captain's decision regarding safety and route alterations will be final and binding.
Triptoos acts as a travel coordinator and community organizer. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, delays, or unforeseen expenses incurred during the trip. Travelers are advised to take care of their valuables.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
