Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in complete transparency and hassle-free booking flexibility.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify our trip coordinator at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

2. Refund Deduction Slabs

  • 48+ Hours before departure: 100% Full Refund or Free Rescheduling to any future trip.
  • 24 to 48 Hours before departure: 50% Refund or option to transfer your seat to a friend/family member.
  • Less than 24 Hours / No Show: No refund applicable as transport seats and meals are pre-booked and finalized.

3. Cancellation by Triptoos

In the rare event that Triptoos cancels a scheduled trip due to extreme weather warnings, road closures, or unavoidable operational reasons, all booked travelers will receive a 100% full refund immediately or a free transfer to the next available weekend getaway.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
